Meeting was called to order by President Kim Frauli. In attendance were: Shelley Peck, Rob Pulver, Ben Bailey, Suzanne Schall, Lisa Tyler, Patricia Marshall, Kim Frauli, Michelle Imhoff, Kelly Bruce, Jenn Myzia, Leta Leach, Jessica Orseske, Sara Nielsen, Michele Brummel, Darin Imhoff, Scott Scoles, Abby Scoles, Shirley Zeedyk, Amber Tarnowski, Tammy Pulver, Laura Vigna, Amanda Bradley, and Gretchen Treglio.
Secretary’s Report was approved with a motion by Kelly Bruce and a 2nd by Michelle Imhoff.
Treasurer’s Report was approved with a motion by Michelle Imhoff and a 2nd by Patrica Marshall.
