DGS PTO Minutes

November 16, 2011

Meeting was called to order by President Kim Frauli. In attendance were: Lisa Tyler, Kelly M Bruce, Shelley Peck, Kim Frauli, Jenn Myzia, Tammy Pulver, Patricia Marshall, Jeanette Goley, Kathy Stewart, Linda Thomas, Ben Bailey, Laura Vigna, Leta Leach, and Gretchen Treglio.

Secretary’s Report was approved with a motion by Shelley and a 2^nd by Tammy.

Treasurer’s Update

                Ending balance of $13,061.41 does not include Market Day pie money (approximately $7000)

Market Day Report

                Carrot cake had different appearance but was okay

                $7,850.83 from pie sales

                Delay with driver and set-up for pie pickup

                                Parent sign-out sheet helped

                Proposal to donate leftover pies to St. Peters Christmas dinner passed with a motion by Tammy

Basket Raffle/Book Exchange Wrap-up

                760 books brought in, plus 50-60 extra donated by parents

                More Jr. High reading material needed

                Pamida donated $75 worth of books
