DGS PTO Minutes

January 11, 2012

Meeting was called to order by President Kim Frauli. In attendance were:  Shelley Peck, Ben Bailey,

Amber Tarnowski, Leta Leach, Carol Fink, Anne Bernstein, Patricia Marshall, Chuck Butterbrodt,

Leslie Houch, Kelly Bruce, Michelle Imhoff, and Gretchen Treglio.

The Secretary’s Report was accepted with a motion by Kelly and a 2^nd by Michelle.

Treasurer’s Update

                $18,000 balance

                Accepted with a motion by Michelle and a 2^nd by Jenn

Market Day Report

                Next pickup January 18 (4^th grade parents volunteer)
